Areas We Serve

Texas Notary Guide provides mobile notary services throughout Harris County and Fort Bend County, with a primary service focus in the Sugar Land and Alief areas of southwest Houston.

While most appointments take place within these areas, we are also available to travel outside of Harris and Fort Bend counties and across the state of Texas when needed. Availability and travel fees may vary based on distance and service type.

Walk-In Availability (By Appointment Only)

When available, in-person appointments may be scheduled at a coworking location in the Sugar Land–Alief area of southwest Houston. Walk-in services are by appointment only and subject to availability.

Remote Online Notary Option

If you are interested in completing your notary service using a remote online platform, we can discuss this option during a consultation prior to scheduling an appointment. Eligibility and availability will be reviewed during that consultation.
