Texas Notary Guide is an independently owned, Houston-based mobile notary service founded in 2021, during the COVID-19 pandemic—when access to essential services became limited and flexibility mattered more than ever.

Created to meet the growing demand for convenient, dependable notarization, Texas Notary Guide was built to serve individuals, families, and businesses with professionalism, accuracy, and care.

Our Background

Although Texas Notary Guide officially opened in 2021, the experience behind the company goes back much further.

Founder Jennifer Garcia has been a commissioned Texas Notary Public since 2007, bringing over a decade of hands-on notary experience into the business. This foundation allowed Texas Notary Guide to launch with established knowledge, compliance standards, and a strong understanding of client needs—especially during time-sensitive or high-stress situations.
